Church’s has established a Purchasing and Supply Chain Division that is responsible for arranging volume purchases of various food, packaging and operating supplies, as well as arranging distribution services for the Church’s system. The Purchasing and Supply Chain Division is overseen by a Board of Directors, which consists of five franchisees and two corporate members. Church’s is committed to making this a non-profit division by passing on any savings directly to the store level. All franchisees are required to participate in the supply chain. The Supply Chain Division uses a network of distributors around the country to deliver products directly to the stores. All suppliers and products must be approved by and meet specifications established by Church’s Quality Assurance.
